When fermentation is complete you need to fill the bottles. We also need to take care for carbonation.
So, from fermentor we decant beer to disinfected vessel with tap. For carbonation we add sugar (put sugar in water and boil it) to vessel, after this water with sugar is mixed with beer, wait approximatelly 30 minutes so the sugar is nice dissolved. We use tap for filling the bottles. When bottles are filled add cap, wait 30 minutes so the CO2 displaces oxygen and close the caps. Be sure that all bottles, caps and all other equipment is disinfected.
Carbonation: when bottles are closed store them for approximatelly 2 weeks at temperatures 18 – 22 °C / 64,4 – 71,6 °F
