Milling is very important process. (We usually do dry milling) You can use many mills that are on the market, but you need to have the same goal at the end: crushed malt, not ground and not just damaged. Almost all mills have ability to set rolls, so that your end product will be as it should be. It is very important that you crush it good, becouse enzymes need to come in contact with sugars which will be convertet to fermentable sugars (enzymatic conversion).
